10 Vocabs is an English vocabulary learning application that helps users build their vocabulary through daily practice. The App offers curated word sets, progress tracking, and offline learning capabilities.

3. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You will not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App or its content without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App
• Use the App to distribute malware or harmful content
• Circumvent any technical limitations or access controls
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

4. Account

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Some features or content may be offered as in-app purchases or subscriptions. Payment terms are governed by the applicable app store (e.g., Apple App Store). Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective platform.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Learning outcomes may vary depending on individual effort and consistency.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 10 Vocabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may stop using the App at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
