Terms of use
1. Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account or using 10 Vocabs, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 years old and able to enter this agreement where you live.
2. The service
10 Vocabs provides concise technology and venture briefings, links to underlying sources, contextual vocabulary, daily learning plans, recall exercises, review scheduling, progress features, and optional Premium learning content. We may modify, improve, pause, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary to operate the service.
3. Briefings and third-party sources
Briefings summarize publicly available material and may be prepared with automated systems. We aim to distinguish company announcements, research, investor analysis, and community attention, but summaries can be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. Linked publishers control their own content, availability, and terms. 10 Vocabs does not endorse every claim or opinion in a source.
4. Educational use, not professional advice
Briefings, vocabulary explanations, examples, and learning passages are educational information. They are not investment, financial, legal, medical, employment, or other professional advice. Verify important facts with primary sources and qualified professionals before acting.
5. Your account and communications
Provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, and promptly notify support@10vocabs.com if you believe your account has been compromised. We may send essential account and security emails, including verification, password reset, and important service notices.
6. Premium features
Premium access may be subject to eligibility, usage limits, and future purchase terms presented at purchase. Generated examples, answer coaching, and learning passages can contain errors and are educational aids. Do not submit sensitive personal information in AI inputs. We may apply daily or feature-specific limits to protect availability and cost.
7. Acceptable use
Do not access another user’s data, interfere with the service or its publishing pipeline, scrape or automate requests beyond normal use, introduce harmful code, bypass access controls, reverse engineer the service where prohibited by law, or use 10 Vocabs unlawfully. You retain rights in content you provide and grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service.
8. Content and feedback
Our original summaries, vocabulary explanations, designs, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party headlines, linked material, and marks belong to their respective owners. You may use 10 Vocabs content for personal learning. Feedback may be used to improve the service without obligation to you.
9. Data controls and termination
From Settings, you can download your data, clear learning history, reset a completed word pack, or permanently delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for users, sources, or the service.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, complete source coverage, or error-free content. To the extent permitted by law, 10 Vocabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
11. Changes and contact
